I Am Beautiful

Have you taken time to look around in a bid to appreciate the mysterious masterpiece of God?

Have you been privileged to visit very good looking sites in the world that are better used as or are presently tourist sites?Y

You may agree with me that there are many such wonderful places in the world.Have you taken time to appreciate them? Only a visit to one of the tourist centres around may convince you.

I have also taken time to look at the children of men. Many are exceptionally beautiful. 

Please,dont misunderstand me.

Obviously, there are many people around us, that are 'fair to the eyes of the beholder'. Dont try to pretend now. 

There are people you will see and wonder whether God was partial in creating them. Of course you know that He does no such thing. 

Evidently, some people are very 'good looking.' Someone may be tempted to think that God took more and quality time or better materials in creating them; maybe He made them in the best part of the day, when all was calm. 

Such people possess well shaped anatomical configuration from head to toe. Perhaps,their dentition, body anatomical contour, smile, height and everything looks special and unique. 

Even though we are all wonderfully complex, there are some people who can be said to be beautiful.

Beauty is the quality of being pleasing to the senses or to the mind. Beauty is an advantage; an excellent example of its type. We have beauty queens around-no doubt about that, but beauty is only skin deep. 

Physical look is less important, when compared to character. 

Beauty is not just about being fair to the eyes, but comprises all the available good qualities and features that make a person positively unique and different from others. One could be fair by just being pale in complexion or being acceptable and appropriate in a particular situation

Beauty is far beyond the physical look; it is the conglomeration of good virtues, flows from the inside and cannot be covered. 

It cannot be washed away with soap like cosmetics. It is not cosmetics-it flows on its own accord.

Around and always with us are so-called beautiful men and damsels, who on the long run have succeeded in manifesting their true contents. They end up bringing surprised and breaking hearts without being sensitive to the aftermath. 

These people are ignorantly deceived by their own 'beauty.'

Interestingly, the actual beauty is innate and not cosmetic-it cannot be faked. It flows from the pool of good virtues surrounded by self-control and right self esteem. It is the replica of the character of Christ, not costly but available for everyone.

Beauty demands good relationship with others; sincerity and transparency, integrity and holiness. It cannot be short of these. Beauty requires necessary skills needed for solving problems. Beauty does not fade-it keeps glowing without limitations. Beauty is all about your character.

Your CHARACTER is directly proportional to your BEAUTY-take it or leave it.

A recent programme of Vision Africa Radio(104.1fm,Umuahia) focused on 'Co-habitation.' They tried discussing the reasons why people,especially young people co-habit,the benefits if any and the dangers of co-habitation.It is no longer strange to see in our society,men and women(neither blood-related nor legally married)living together under the same roof as in a legitimate marriage.Obviously,topics like this one are rarely discussed in programmes on television or over the radio stations,rather these stations usually hold programmes that seek to find and pair up boys and girls and could lead to co-habitation.
